๐Ÿšจ New paper alert ๐Ÿงฌ
Our work from the @michellepeckham.bsky.social lab is now out in #ScienceAdvances.

We present the #cryoEM structure of shutdown human non-muscle myosin 2A, showing how ionic interactions stabilise auto-inhibition and how mutations disrupt this state.

Little bit surprised to see most microscopy facilities now have dedicated image analysis support, but 1.0 FTE on average is nowhere near enough.

And more than half don't charge for analysis services?!?
