It includes the best cost of living support package in the UK, while ensuring 55% of Scottish taxpayers pay less income tax than south of the border.
The SNP government is on your side.
I'm delighted that in Scotland, unlike in the rest of the UK, we have avoided doctors' strikes.
We're also now seeing consistent progress in our NHS: more operations, more GPs and falling long waits.
