I had the GREAT PRIVILEGE to coach the facilitation of strength-focused rounds in two Grosse Ile schools today. Each educator possesses strong practices we identify and connect to best practice and impact on learning. This is truly the right work! #LeadWithRounds @burgessdave.bsky.social

I pushed them into discomfort using role plays of data meetings and team conflict. We grow more when we reject artificial harmony and press into healthy conflict. This school is ready to apply to be a Model PLC School! #PLCatWork
