Yn 2022 collasom ein cydweithiwr annwyl, Jim Provan, ar ôl cyfnod o salwch. Gadawodd ei gynhesrwydd, ei ddoethineb a’i haelioni farc parhaol ar bawb a gafodd y fraint o weithio gydag ef.

Cyhoeddir y gwaith hwn er cof am Jim Provan - gwyddonydd, athro a ffrind.

Heading up for the @aberdlsagb.bsky.social Festival of Research today. I’m looking forward to hearing lots of exciting talks, and this afternoon I’ll share the story of how a literal “snow day” on Arctic fieldwork in 2019 evolved in to two (2!) NERC projects.

Cotton came to work to demonstrate skills taught by Eszter Monostori on her #OneZoo PhD project - teaching dogs to locate the intermediate hosts of parasites. She loved meeting our students, inspiring the next generation of scientists.
