Is the transition between the regular mouth and the much larger mouth that goes across a majority of the mesh a ShapeKey/BlendShape or a Driver that changes the geometry based on the rotation angle of the relevant bone/controller?
This looks so cool! Loving the gradient from the legs to the head!
