It may not all be Fastmail’s fault. I tried switching over to Flodesk from MailChimp earlier this year and it was a complete nightmare. People who I know wanted my emails (they paid for a Block of the Month program) were blacklisted by flodesk and I was told by them “too bad”. FD had a bad rep.
