With the new Cataphractii models I was drawn to adding some Sons of Horus to my Heresy army. With this loadout I can make them a command squad, or a Justaerin squad, or a normal Cataphractii squad by swapping the banner or assault cannon #sonsofhorus #30k #horusheresy #warhammer #warhammercommunity
I was also reminded that the little lens thing on the backpack is from the small unit upgrade frame that comes with all the heresy infantry kits. Instead of sticking it on the helmets for sergeants, I just saved them all for this.

The chalice symbol is the Grail Knight symbol on the Bretonnia transfer sheet and is silver and gold, I changed the top point of the fleur-de-lys into a blood drop by repainting it
