Absolutely ridiculous stuff from both Amtrak and ConnDOT that will ***slow down*** service between New London and New Haven.
Posts by Connecticut Public Transportation Council
When there was more service, ridership was higher. Legislators were told that to increase service back to pre-covid levels, they needed to get more housing around stations. That is happening. What we are seeing now, after the M8 investment, feels like gaslighting by the administration.
