Oh good grief yes, it’s horrendous & damaging. Keep searching for actual autistic therapists, that help you navigate the fckry that can unfold during the process of unmasking. It can be a lonely & overwhelming path to travel without one or two people that know it, walking by your side.

It’s a rough road, that’s for sure. I was diagnosed at age 44 (almost 48 now) and I’m still learning so much more every day.

Pity the NDIS wants to cut funding to Music Therapy, Dave🤬
