RCT: Enhanced Weight Management Program for Veterans With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Population: 113 Male, 61 Female. Intervention: 174 Participants randomized. Findings: Weight loss at 6 mo, mean (SD) MOVE! group: -7.8 lb, MOVE!+UP group: -8.9 lb.

RCT: Among veterans with #PTSD and elevated body mass index, a tailored behavioral weight management program did not improve weight loss or PTSD symptoms compared with the standard Veterans Health Administration MOVE! program.
