Why are we so exhausted?
Because we're constantly pointing out and debunking the bullshit that we're neck deep in.

#Autism is often characterized by:
– an inability to bullshit
– a pathological need for fairness
– a compulsion to help others
– an inexplicable need to expose hypocrisy

When I see people complain about male loneliness, it is so painfully OBVIOUS to me that most of these lonely men are men who feel entitled to a woman who does that labor for them, who acts as their agent enmeshing them into community through unpaid pro-social labor on their behalf.

State Library of Queensland fellowship decision - Australian Society of Authors The ASA is disturbed by the decision of the State Library of Queensland to rescind author KA Ren Wyld’s 2025 black&write! Fellowship.

Statement from @asauthors.bsky.social on the SLQ decision to rescind @wyld.bsky.social's Black and Write fellowship:
"This represents yet another alarming instance of the undermining of freedom of expression and arms-length arts funding from a major institution."

The day author Ren Wyld was due to receive the Black & Write $15k Indigenous fellowship she was told it had been rescinded. A journo from the Oz seemed to know before she did. Appalling to see QLD govt cave to Murdoch press to punish a First Nations writer for speaking out in support of Palestine.
