Are you on Facebook? If you belong in a knitting group, ask them to send you pics of how they hold their yarn for continental. This was something else I did.

It was really hard for me honestly and now it feels pretty natural. You just have to push through it. Let me know if you need any help. Knitting is my favorite thing to discuss 🤓

Continental knitting was a game changer for my ribbing!

Finding a way to tension my yarn was the key to my success.

Now I can knit both styles which also helps me with colorwork too.
