The last two mornings, George & I have visited Carlingnose Point & Inverkeithing. One White-billed Diver yesterday. Today, Razorbills, a few Guilliemots & Gannets.In the woods singing Blackcaps & Chiffchaffs. Also 6 Sand Martins & Two Sandwich terns seen.

Been noticing declines in the local population of Collared Doves for some time. Just one record at Inchgarth last year and none so far this! #birdingscotland

George & I went back to Inverkeithing but only managed one distant White-billed Diver ( present now for 62 days) , met a nice couple from Yorkshire who got me on to a singing Blackcap, also a few Sand Marins in off. Also saw my 1st Willow Warbler & Swallow yesterday.

George & I have visied Inverkeithing on the last two sunny afternoons. Pleased to report there are two long staying (c52 days) White-billed Divers still feeding in Inverkeithing Bay. 30 Whoopers Swans yesterday & plently of fine Eiders.

As i have been stuck in the house for a while now & the two Inverkeithing White-billed Divers were reporded again today. So I was thinking if they stay another month they may look like the attached birds from Portsoy I photographed on the 3rd of May 2014, great memories.

Sadly not managed out much, toiling with a virus. Enjoyed the back garden in the sunshine yesterday. Sadly very few birds but a nice Small Tortoiseshell Butterfly & a fine sunbow kept me amused.
