Yeah, I see that distinction, for some reason I thought it was still a budgeted public service or at least a predominantly supported service - which is clearly not the case when I remove my head from my ass and actually look it up.

Looks like mostly self-funded via revenue and services ($78.5mil) with some limited gov’t appropriations for specific items (<0.1% of operating revenue).
