Thank you very much.

That's really interesting. I'm in Buckfastleigh Devon where it looks like our early social housing is pre war. Like lots of rural places, they were to support industries like mills, foundry & quarrying not agriculture.

The #ruraleconomy is more public sector, education, health, real estate, distribution, transport, accommodation, food, manufacturing, construction, wholesale, retail, motor repair, & professional, scientific, technical services than it is agriculture, forestry and fishing.

The road at #Torcross is officially closed and the sea is roaring even at low tide. Definitely avoid as the tide is rising. The size of the rocks it has shifted is terrifying.

I saw loads too, plus a lot of ganets all further out where the sea was whipping round Berry Head towards the harbour. Must have been a nice shoal. Thank you for helping me id them.

Thank you for that. I was there yesterday and wasn't quite sure I'd seen 40+ GNDs but it seems like I perhaps did!

Hailed as a hero and then sacked: the carer’s allowance whistleblower Enrico La Rocca helped expose profound failures but less than a year later was dismissed by the DWP – and then later rehired

Conservative MP Danny Kruger defects to Reform UK The East Wiltshire MP said the Conservatives were no longer the main party of opposition.

Kruger's work on 'social covenant' is liked by centrists. Akin to #BigSociety and #communitypower - masking corporate power and hollowing out of welfare state - it sees to shift burden of public services onto communities, especially poor, under the guise of empowerment.
