It's so fun. These took me over 12 hours to make from cutting to assembly. Pretty much didn't leave the house all weekend because I am terrible about putting a project down before it's finished!

Thank you! These were a bit of a challenge as I don't have full use of my right thumb and I'm right handed. I was so clumsy.

Book and block 2 for February. Good read. Wish there was a sequel. Not much color in the cover. Coordinating fabric was lack luster. #booksky #quiltsky #booksyblockproject
What a fun idea!

Oh no! Rule of threes? One more to go. LOL.
Wow! Amazing precision! Beautiful.
Ouch!!!!
Hardback book. Colorful florals set against a black background. Title: Floriography by Jessica Roux.
This book is a work of art. Love it. I plan to use some of the flower meanings to craft a crepe paper flower bouquet that symbolizes this year’s political climate in the USA. 😆 #paperflowers, #booksky
Oh!! I hate that!!
Oooh! I see some of my favorite fabric designers in there! Pretty!
Cute! I’ve got a collection of those I need to do something with!
Suck gorgeous colors and projects!
Just beautiful! I’ve never used wool batting but I have some ready to try out!
That’s really cool! Nice job!
Congratulations! It’s adorable.
Finishing a quilt is the best feeling. It is beautiful!
😳 Not fun!
These are lovely! Which books do you have? I have two crepe paper flower books and just ordered a third. I can't wait for it to get here. Your flowers are beautiful. Are they anemones?
😆
I stumbled on that show inadvertently a few days ago. It’s so stupid but I couldn’t quit watching 😆
I like the speed of finishing binding by machine but I’m just not good enough at it yet to like the results.
I make my binding in advance too and I no longer iron it in half before I sew it on, just fold it as I go. It definitely helps. I think the part I dislike is dealing with the bulk of large quilts and long strips of binding and threading the needle when hand sewing. 😆
