On the right is a path lined with shiny, gray, flat rockery. This path is uneven and rugged. The paths are somewhat closed in on by a low rock wall on the left and a steep, eroded slope. And then the trees form a lacy dome above the whole scene. The leaves are green and yellow. The sunlight comes through very strongly near the top of the picture.

Peeking out from beneath this frozen formation is a view of bare deciduous trees and some large pine trees on the bottom edge of the picture. I buy it every time I see it!!
I've taken up knitting again for the first time in about 50 years. This is a close-up picture of some knitting done in the garter stitch. I just kept using Purl stich for all rows, and this is the result. This variegated rainbow yarn satisfies my eyes, and the texture of the yarn was very pleasing to work with. It's kind of spongy.
