The voice saying “you’re not enough” is not yours.
Your true voice says: “try again, I’m with you.” 💚

The year is not over.
You still have time to shift the story.
What one thing would make you proud to say: “I did it in 2025”?

"I can’t handle any more bad news," I hear from my clients.
So don’t. Your nervous system has limits, honor them.

Being informed doesn’t require being overwhelmed. Take breaks. Choose your sources. Choose the people and topics.

Our ability to choose makes us the authors of our own lives.

The world doesn’t need us to be heroes.
I believe it needs us to be human: messy, caring, trying, failing, trying again.

Your perfectionism isn’t helping you or the planet.
That all-or-nothing thinking that says "If I can’t do everything, I shouldn’t do anything" is not our friend. It paralyzes us.

Start messy. Start small. Start where you are.

"How do you stay hopeful?" I was asked at a conference.
Hope is a feeling. And it doesn’t live without action.

Action is always our choice. Some days I act while feeling hopeless.
Some days I act while feeling grateful.
The feeling doesn’t have to match the choice.

When clients say "I feel hopeless about the future," I hear "I care so much it hurts."
We don't pathologize that love, we find ways to channel it.

My problem is wanting everything to happen faster.
I run harder, push more, try to spin the planet quicker.
But it keeps rotating at the same pace.

Are you happy with your speed?

"Do you guarantee results?" clients ask.
I can't guarantee anything except my presence and skill.
You're not buying a magic pill, you're investing in your own capacity to create change.
The transformation is always yours to choose!❤️

Watched an interview with a female leader today.
Caught myself thinking: when we perform leadership using masculine scripts, we don't bring our gifts - we just become poor copies.
What if leading like a woman meant something entirely different?
What would that look like?

Why is coaching effective when you don't give advice?
Because advice assumes I know your life better than you do.
Questions assume you have your own wisdom.
Guess which approach actually creates lasting change?

Why is being understood about climate anxiety so helpful? Because many people think we are ‘overly sensitive’ to climate crisis. When someone finally says, ‘Your grief makes sense,’ something inside relaxes and we feel hopeful again.

Why does loud exhaling relax us? It's ancient wiring. Our ancestors spent days hunting, hiding from danger. Only when they reached their cave could they exhale loudly without fear of predators hearing them. This signaled "We're safe now." Our brain still recognizes this code. EXHALE!

Thank you fo sharing! Very interesting, as well as your post on Why Changing Yourself is the First Step to Changing the World. As a climate coach I can’t agree more!)

"Do we even have time for personal change when the world is burning?" my client asked. I believe that inner transformation is climate action. Every person who heals their eco-anxiety becomes more effective, not less. We can't pour from empty cups.

A client told me how tired she was of always being the ‘strong one’ on her team.
We discussed what it might look like to lead using vulnerability rather than invincibility.
What if the strongest thing you say as a leader is ‘I don't know’ or ‘I struggle too’? Is that bold or weak, do you think?

When something seems overwhelming, ask yourself:
Layer 1: What do I THINK about it?
Layer 2: How do I FEEL about it?
Layer 3: How does it manifest in my BODY?

Often we get stuck in the thought layer. Think about it)

"I'm afraid my emotions are too loud for this world." - my client said.
We spent an hour discovering that her "loud" emotions were actually perfectly calibrated responses to an overwhelming reality.
The world isn't too small for our feelings. We just need to find people to live it together.

When climate anxiety feels overwhelming:

Name it - "I'm feeling scared about the future"
Locate it - Where do you feel it in your body?
Contain it - Imagine putting it in a box for now
Schedule it - "I'll think about this at 3pm for 10 minutes"

I watered my plants this morning while listening to the news on ecosystem collapse.
Kind of absurd.
Here I am, nurturing a pot of green life while forests suffer thousands of miles away.
But maybe that's exactly the point. Maybe tending to what's in front of us is how we tend to what's beyond us.

Today I brought my metal chopsticks to a sushi place. My son asked, "What difference does it make if you are alone doing this?"
Maybe none. Maybe everything. But I sleep better knowing I tried. Are small acts naive, or do they matter?

"I'm not here for solutions. I just need someone to hear me without trying to fix me."
That's what I've heard in our 1st session.
So we sat. We didn't problem-solve. We didn't strategize. We just witnessed what was there.
Sometimes the deepest healing happens in the space between words.

I don’t coach to fix. I coach to accompany. Do you feel safer when someone has answers — or when they listen?

I stopped arguing whether AI replaces therapy. It already does — sometimes. AI doesn’t judge. That’s why it feels safer. But healing requires risk — of being seen, wrong, and loved. And it's not always comfortable.

Radical rest isn’t laziness.
Sometimes, doing nothing is the most strategic and healing thing you can do.

Cancel, breathe - close your laptop.

When was the last time you let yourself do absolutely nothing — without guilt?

“You millennials just keep doing. But you’ve never learned how to feel.”
My 23 y.o. client said.
Maybe he’s right. I’m a millennial. I do. But I also teach people to feel. So I keep thinking about his words.
What about you? What gen. are you from — and do you see a gap between doing and feeling?
