What's empathetic editing?
Recognizing the humanity of another and acknowledging within yourself that they're a complex person just like you, and you don't know what you don't know about them, including traumas, triggers, stressors, sensitivities.

'Amateur' comes from 'love' (amare) but often used negatively. In Italian, retains positive connotation.
'Dilettante' – comes from 'delight', but is disparaging.

Me too! The struggle was real!
I’m up and can tell I’m definitely awake because I’m laughing out loud at the plenary session at #CIEP2023. (Even though it’s around 4 a.m. here.) What a start to the day!
My first CIEP conference started off really well. Now to be able to wake up at 2 a.m. for tomorrow’s sessions!
