I have been lucky to run many beautiful trails and places but where I started running, on the east coast of Newfoundland, is pretty spectacular. Got back for a 50k race a couple of years ago when this was taken. I promise there is a trail amongst the trees in this shot! Gorgeous running.

As long as I can remember, I have loved running. When I was in Kindergarten, the high school x-country coach saw me running home and asked me to join when I got to high school. I did and I have been running ever since. It feels good. I do love the meditative state of long runs. #RunChat
