I love this. Reminds me of how I used to peek and poke my way through fun music on my c64
Can I also remind people that this music was composed using a text editor. No sequencer or real instruments were used, just commands, notes, duration and data typed into the editor/assembler we used to build the game. Here's an example from NES Solstice. Each channel had its own list of instructions
