I won't buy one. I keep reminding myself that at my age using a broom for grass clippings and a rake for leave and other yard waste is good exercise.
Plus the noise. My god the noise!

Déjà Vu. Hands down. For me, it's a true desert island album.
set of resin, wood and stone models of a ruined length of wall jammed and reinforced with debris and sharpened stakes.
four separate barricade pieces ready for fine detailing and gap filling ahead of moulding.
another view in colour showing the typically chaotic state of my working space.
can't get near my desk for these #WIPWednesday #RubbleCity modular barricades
Yes and with a bit of hot sauce they are really yumm... oh, wait. No.
Seems to be working OK... for now.
Morning Stella!
So did I! Seven to be precise. Proper amount of protein.
They are pricey little devils. And some *really* pricey not so little devils!
Happiest of birthdays Uncle George!
poster that says "chop for Britain!" with artwork of a lady holding an axe over her shoulder, dungarees and long socks and beret (lumberjill uniform) next to a mini of the same design. It says "join the women's timber corps today! Enquire at bad Squiddo Games" more info: Our Lumberjill minis are sculpted by Alan Marsh and shown painted here by John Morris. The awesome artwork is by Martin Whitmore, design and research by Annie Norman.
The Women's Timber Corps, fondly referred to as the "Lumberjills" were formed in WW2 in Britain as part of the drive to "free up men from jobs at home". With their sisters in the Land Army, women were taken to rural areas do some hard graft! They were absolutely essential in providing timber.
Very meh. Thought not completely meh.

A really cool album pretty much just remembered for Nature's Way. It was way better than that one track though.

One of my faves by Trower (along with Long Misty Days). Favorite tracks include the title track, In This Place, About to Begin and Little Bit of Sympathy.
Nice! That one's a keeper.
Good article. Thanks Chris!
Families can be so damned destructive. You wouldn't think they could be or should be, but damned if they sometimes are.
I feel for you JL. I really do. I hope things will improve for you.

Never heard of them. Decent cover of Long Time.
Shine bright like a diamond. 💎This morning at sunrise on Glastonbury Tor.
Last June I walked 45 km retracing 15 June 1815.
The first 35 km were manageable. The last 10 were hard.
I was following Steinmetz’s brigade as it raced across the Belgian countryside. By the end I had a better sense of the demands of the day. 🧵1/5
Really good album, and not just because Time of the Season is on it. Care of Cell 44, A Rose for Emily and Butcher's Tale (Western Front 1914) are all good tracks.
Time of the Season became a hit about a year after the album was released. And the spelling Odessey was due to the album art designer.
L.A. Woman is an all around great album. L.A. Woman, Lover Her Madly and Riders on the Storm are the standouts. Though I also really like L'America. I think it's a bit of a sleeper.
