Six years ago during lockdown I recorded an album because that’s of course what middle aged dads do. Eventually hated it.

But TBH it find it weird to have tempeh with peanut sauce... 😅
I prefer to simply marinate it in salt water (or instant seasoning powder) for a few minutes then fry it, or recommend 'Tempe Orek' if you enjoy more crunchy, spicy and caramelized foods :)

I used to drink this herbal plant as a "Jamu" or our traditional herbal medicine drink—every other day until I felt like a near sociopath. There's a lot of kind of Jamu that taste good, but not this. The bitterness of Espresso is far better than this. 😂
