Alby the wool dog.
He'll get over it. The op and jabs have done Alby alright. Back training with the first team.
Cheers mate. This is his second ACL so he knows the routine. He's half heeler so the cones playing havoc with my achiles!!
Mine's 9 days in with his cone of shame after ACL surgery. Should be back on the grass in a couple of weeks. Hopefully back to 90 minute walks by Xmas.
Interesting the odds have dropped from 300 for Everton a week ago. Must be on to something 🤔
Small sachet with Chinese writing on.
Now, what's this? The Google translate of this says it's "Spicy Vegan Hairy Tripe"!!! Oooookaay!! I'll give it a go, but will make sure I've got a handful of chocolate or licorice ready, just in case ;-)
Thanks so much. 😃
10 items of chocolates, sweets, nuts and other products. And a card.
Well, I must of been good then! The card says "I assume you will spend the shortest day stargazing so have packed some local treats & some from recent travels for you to enjoy!" Fantastic! Can't wait for the next clear night now ✨️
Box with star stickers on the lid.
WOHOOO!!! What a treat to see my #MWSecretSantaAoNZ gift here when I got home. Thank you so much, and loving the starry box. Now let's see whether I've been naughty or nice....
Efff me!!! Also forgot that disallowed goal in the first half. Mountfield was never offside. Some things don't change I suppose.
Greatest player to ever pull on a red shirt, Neville Southall on r shirt and TV.
Cheers @evertonthegear.co.uk Delivery just got to New Zealand in time for 40th anniversary of this game I went AWOL from RN to be at. Forgot how one sided this game was. Had to wait till half an hour in to get a shot of Nev. There were no shots at him!

Tāhuna Glenorchy International Dark Sky Sanctuary was the venue for Sunday night. A fantastic evening of toasted marshmallows, mulled wine and expert guided star gazing was enjoyed by 50 or so at the Headwaters. Rangi Takō completed the night and Otago's #InternationalDarkSkyWeek

Saturday was the opening of Professor Brian Boyle's fantastic SkyBox at Antimony Observatory in Kawarau Gibbston International Dark Sky Park. This converted shipping container now lets visitors escape into the depths of space with an incredible display of astrophotography on multiple screens.

Next, it was on to Naseby for their ANZAC Day Astronomy Event organized by the community dark sky team, who are very close to achieving International Dark Sky Community status. Over 50 people (nearly most the village!!) took part in events including screening of the Winterstellar movie Rangi Takō.

Here's a few highlights from how we celebrated International Dark Sky Week in Otago. It all started at the Vulcan pub in St Bathan's where, between pints, the local community association gave their support to the Winterstellar Astro Site program to get recognition of their perfect dark skies.

Stop off at Vicky's bench on the way to Naseby night sky event this afternoon. Always in our thoughts at the start of a new Winterstellar season.
Used to be 10.5 miles (also used to be 8p by train, 80p to get in the St End and 12p for pie, chips & tizer on the way home).
Now it's 11,768 from New Zealand (still paying for our last trip!).
Alby the border collie dog standing on a wall in front of candy floss colored and shaped clouds.
There's also the family and dog of course. This fella shares some excellent adventures with us still, although occasionally needs lifting over styles now.

So good to see #MWSecretSantaAoNZ kicking off again. The best of the socials, ever!
Most of my work, and free time is now wrapped up with the unique and glorious night skies of Central Otago. Protecting it, celebrating it, and, if any time is left, capturing it with my camera.
Alby the dog stood on a wall with three quarter moon and pink candy floss clouds in the background. From tonight's walk :-)
Post a photo you took with no context to bring some zen to the timeline.
Got to keep their darling zombie club going in the hope they come back to life.
Quality ALT text mate. New Everton, but the game is as predictably corrupt as ever.
WHAT A GOAL! Everton 2-2 Liverpool. Tarkowski levels it in the 98th minute! #EVEvLIV

I wrote about football, family, memory and loss. About going to watch Everton with my dad, taking my son to Goodison for a final pilgrimage and why that place means so much to so many of us 💙>> www.theguardian.com/football/202...
Good vibes and hope. That's enough for now. Perfect if we beat them and we finish above the two teams that thought DM was not good enough for them.

When we got there, it was over 10c colder in NY, but the wind chill really cut through when taking the cliff side pic in Iceland. Had icicles on my face when I got back to the car. Never felt my own skull before. 🥶
