Tāhuna Glenorchy International Dark Sky Sanctuary was the venue for Sunday night. A fantastic evening of toasted marshmallows, mulled wine and expert guided star gazing was enjoyed by 50 or so at the Headwaters. Rangi Takō completed the night and Otago's #InternationalDarkSkyWeek

April is #DarkSkyMonth in UT & it's #InternationalDarkSkyWeek. While there isn't a constellation named after mosquitoes per say, there is the Musca constellation, meaning "the fly" in Latin. Musca is most visible from the Southern Hemisphere. 🪰Swipe to see the constellation!
