Add actix-cors and enable permissive CORS ยท tsirysndr/rocksky@3330f7a

github.com/tsirysndr/ro... might have been problematic?

the @rocksky.app frontend (rocksky.app) isn't loading and the console is full of cors errors- anyone else seeing this?

i would suggest putting that at the top of the article :)

how is it different from publishing your chatgpt conversation logs? at least that is disclosure...

the amount of ai anachronisms in this one indicates that AI wasn't just "a tool to help write", it *was written* by AI and minorly edited after the fact.

it is pretty much entirely slop unfortunately

Ghostty Ghostty is a fast, feature-rich, and cross-platform terminal emulator that uses platform-native UI and GPU acceleration.

can you elaborate on window groups? i can't speak to that feature in particular but i have been loving ghostty.org for a good while now. simple, fast, native!

A datepicker input with an expanded calender popup. The calendar shows the month and year as September 2025. The calendar days appear below, with the focus outline visible on the first day of the month. The calendar days for weekends are stylized with red text. Days after the current month (from the 1st to the 11th), at the bottom of the calendar grid, are more transparent (visually dimmed). The 5th day of the month lacks a background behind the number, unlike the others which have a lighter background color compared to the popup background.

if you were to open this date picker (firefox browser native), which dates would you think you are able to select (hint: some dates are disabled)?

i wonder if shipping the pdf feature as a separate sidecar extension could help and make sense? idk if that is possible

im considering trying to fork the author's more recent sveltekit frontend rewrite (codeberg.org/pronounscc/F...) and adapt it to use an atproto backend ๐Ÿ‘€

5 days ago 0 0 0 0

i think one of the best ways to get atproto normalized is to integrate with services people already know and love. unforunately pronouns.cc is very unmaintained - not that it is broken in any observable way, but in that the last commit was 11 months ago.

in the line of puzzmo (link your bluesky identity right now, maybe save game scores/puzzles themselves to your pds in the future?) and npmx.dev.

i was thinking about this again but wrt. integrating atproto as a sidecar onto existing services...

ahhh it looks like the fields are camel case for e.g. the yaml workspace config but normalized to kebab for npm/pnpm global rc files

`minimumReleaseAge` is the documented field, does `minimum-release-age` work too?

i believe someone noted somewhere that the sudden change from reliable to unreliable in late 2019 coincides directly with the general availability of github actions, which might be one of the larger reliability concerns rather than everything all of a sudden being shit

if/when atproto has some standardized elements through ietf, i wonder how the process of modifying that part of the spec through WHATWG looks like?

HTML Standard

so i think the browser does get mad (or as much as it can since it can't actually error/fail) because the specification does very specifically state the allowed values: html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/fo...

i wonder if setting the `autocomplete` attribute to "username" instead of "off" is better? either way hopefully we can get a proper autocomplete field working for atproto specifically down the road :)

Add Hardover to the Bluesky-verse: add ATProto integration | Feature Requests | Hardcover

would love to see the more established but also indie @hardcover.app integrate with @atproto.com :p

`yaml`! in pure perf it is quite a bit slower than `js-yaml`. also seems like a "hot path" dependency given yaml's prevalence

The Marshmallow Test - Bluesky signals it's willing to eat its young At AtmosphereConf, Bluesky celebrated its community, then signaled it's willing to eat them alive. No context. No acknowledgment. I was in the room.

Finally done. I was able to talk with @pfrazee.com, as well as a handful of other folks with insight on the situation.
