Exactly! We also did not vote for a two tiered healthcare system nor to destroy the education system through chronic underfunding.

The House is only ever full during Question Period or during a vote. During Debates, it is often very empty. MPs often do other committee work or address issues in their constituencies during this time.
If you want a broader mandate, Premier Smith, CALL an ELECTION Without your gerrymandering of Edmonton, Calgary and Red Deer!
Or, here’s a thought, stop dragging your feet about the Forever Canada question in the legislature.
The subtitle is just a little biased. They don’t respect the majority of Albertans now. Why would we believe they will respect the will of the people after this ridiculous referendum?
We’ve said NO to provincial police force, but it looks like we’re getting one anyway 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Listening to Premier Smith giving her revisionist explanation of the reasons for her incompetence is almost more than I can take. This new website is yet another way for her and the separatists to spread lies and misinformation. Just call an election and let us have our say! #ableg #forevercanada
2 pair of mitts done, 5 pair to go. Canada-themed mitts to cheer on team 🇨🇦 at World Juniors next year. #knitting #showyourknits Patterns created from Selbu Mitten book by Anne Bardsgard.
Nothing screams corruption more than changing the rules/law to get the result you want.
This is such complete BS!! For this gov’t to say teachers are too biased and political in their teaching while pushing a white national « Christian » agenda down our throats is beyond hypocritical. Then, to not be able to define or give examples…🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. I am so done with the UPC.
Snow/sleet/sunshine in Calgary. Working on some Selbu mittens. #knitting
I had exactly the same thought. Time to write more letters…
Why on earth would we want more representation from a group that does not appreciate nor understand how Canada works? What an asinine idea!
As an Albertan, I would appreciate if the media (and our provincial gov’t) would stop pandering to this group of far-right idiots. Oxygen only feeds the fire.
Danielle Smith banned renewables. It chased billions of investment out of the province and cost thousands of jobs. And we’re still paying for it. Danielle Smith is causing an Alberta disadvantage.

Watching the Paralympic curling—the skill of these curlers is unreal! Go Canada! #paralympics #teamcanada
Tipping the scales twice for a separatist petition, but the Premier is "not a separatist". Suuuurre.
Watching the Olympics and working on a Canada-themed mitten. Go 🇨🇦!
Government Truth or Dare. Would only ever choose “dare”, ‘cause they would never tell the truth.
I really wish all media would stop giving this tiny minority of whiny, entitled people so much airtime. Talk about giving misinformation and misleading narratives!
Listening to Lisa Raitt talk about Polievre’s leadership on CTV. 😳 The conservatives are so out of touch and out of step with what is happening in Canada and the world. The kool-aid is strong in with the party faithful! (Kool-aid was auto-corrected to kook aid, which is much more fitting😆.)
Where is the money coming from to rent out all these signing venues? Follow the money…
I wonder if the gentleman who spoke about being part of Canada sees the irony in his statement.
Naheed Nenshi challenges UCP MLAs to sign a pledge to Canada and make their opposition to separatism clear. albertapolitics.ca/2026/01/nahe... #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli
True this 👇 #cdnpoli
Hundreds lined up to sign the Forever Canada petition as well. But, unfortunately, this fact wasn’t sensationalized by a biased media.
I agree, there is something rotten in this whole deal. (Was going to quote Hamlet, but given the current state of affairs…)
I have a book of Selbu patterns from which to choose. I think it has over 500 different choices.
I love designing these mitts.
I love your design! These are some I knit last year. So much fun to design and knit.
My conspiracy theory senses are tingling. Didn’t the sycophants just meet with the Mar-a-lago gang? Mmmm….
So that when they (Smith and co.) lie about the results, no one can speak the truth. It’s a truly unbelievably blatant move.
Last year, I spent an average of 30 minutes per child on mandatory ‘reading’ tests. That’s 11 hours. We did this twice. So, 22 hours spent on tests that gave me no new info—already knew who needed help. I could have used that time to work on critical literacy skills. Another waste of money! (1)
