People in Scotland rightly expect us to focus on delivering practical solutions.

I welcome that other parties back our Budget that will grow the economy, strengthen our NHS and deliver winter heating payments.

Meanwhile, Labour and Tories are high on rhetoric, low on delivery.

This 'export' appears as income to England, but they are re-selling electricity from Scotland!
