Does Nick Robinson think he’s being clever here with his sarcastic sycophancy. He could just say Donald Trump is a blethering idiot.

“Donald Trump prides himself on his ambiguity, keeping his enemies guessing. He doesn’t like the precision and clarity that tedious journalists demand.” #R4Today

Tory MP concerned about democracy being undermined in 2025? He’s a bit late to the game.

The BBC has a lot to answer for. How can racism be winning the argument in our multicultural society. We are being force fed Farage and his divisive intolerance by stooges the Tories planted years ago, and this govt tolerates it.

Just had a good laugh at Nick Robinson's aggressive interrogation of Ed Davey being extinguished calmly and 'gratefully' with his own words. He did alter his tone to something more respectful after that. #ReclaimOurBBC #r4today

Numerous people in Federal jobs have lost them for commenting on a fascist's death. So the fear is real out there on many levels esp those in the public eye.

Surprised Matt Frei didn't push back much more. Poor Charlie Kirk re-tweeter, Tim Stanley, is very certain his free speech 'martyr's' killer is from
the left. The politics he seems very tolerant of may be penalising those not deemed in wholesome family relationships in a few years. Careful Tim.

A piece? He's a Windermere of it.

Walked past this recently and Jackie Kay's words should resonate with all of us as Farage and DeformUK trigger and push for disharmony and societal fragmentation to set white people on brown people...in our multicultural society.

That's not gaslighting it was his opinion. I didn't share it on Holocaust denial but he had a point on Corbyn and Brexit, who struggled to lead a pro European party at its heart in those tumultuous years. It was hopeless, in fact .

Local media comments are crawling with far right bots and ghouls stirring and inflating anti immigrant hostility, and they are unmoderated. Promoting 'hotel protests' was rampant on them last week. Maybe this explains widespread public ignorance on the truth.

I don't think James gaslights anyone but most of the rest of them are at it. I trust Matt Frie the most.

So capitalism eats its own arse, no one can afford to leave home/have kids (they punish you eventually for that), so we have no choice but to welcome immigration to keep our systems functioning, and we tell them we don't want you here. We are a failing state but Farage has some popular solutions.

A stranger in the outback approaching you with a toolbox is already the stuff of nightmares after seeing Wolf Creek for the 1st and last time.

Describing someone as 'less than human' of the left essentially is derogatory in this instance because of who said it.

Oh come on, James, won't anyone think about the cow? She's lost her shade at #SycamoreGap. It was the only tree for miles. @LBC

Couldn't they AI Gregg Wallace out and replace him with a woman with a strong Northern accent saying all his words? Anything to save #Masterchef

It feels proportionate considering the real grief and sense of loss felt, particularly in the region. There was an odd, murderous feel to the wanton destruction at Sycamore Gap, though ironically, the tree will live on into the far future now, growing all over the world.

In what alternative universe would a Labour govt want to be appealing to totally triggered little Englanders who "Just want are country back"?

Oh.

Police crowd control at a recent #StopStarvingGaza march was a PC brandishing a video camera behind those speaking to a crowd, presumably to capture prosecutable 'chants' of anyone triggered by screaming parents carrying charred babies bombed by the IDF...for merely existing. #FreePalestine

It was odd though, because Gary O'Donoghue is an extraordinary journalist and while it felt intimate, there was no push back, eg NATO - "the USA was paying for almost 100%". There was little challenge back in the studio either. They're all kissing his ass! #r4today

I'm not sure how calling for the death of a murderous, genocidal army is hate speech. It's calling for the death of that structure not the death of individuals within in. #DeathDeathToTheIDF has turned them into snowflakes.

And since when did the murderous IDF become such snowflakes?

I've just demonstrated that there might be a silver lining for one of the artists, I was prepared to buy tickets, but you're becoming abusive and that's for the other place.
I can be horrified at the unregulated A1 Wild West and its power to misinform and disinform, and still enjoy a bit of 'slop'

Ok, well it triggered me to visit the Royal Albert Hall website to check for tickets for Agnes Obel in September, but this garbage is probably responsible for her selling out.

I still think there is creativity here, combining other people's art, and that can ignite interest in those artists, so there may be a payback of sorts. My main issue was that you considered it garbage and I felt that was fuelled by its method of production rather than the content itself.

10 months ago 0 0 1 0

But where would that be to?

10 months ago 0 0 1 0

I get your frustration with the theft of other artist's work, but it's unstoppable in this medium, so if someone pulls other pieces together and creates something new and interesting and entertaining or stimulating, and credits the artist, I will just enjoy it. I don't believe it's garbage.

I agree with you to a point, but in an ugly world of hate-driven clicks, this an outstanding piece of art combining Agnes Obel and AI interaction, and it stopped me in my tracks. You need more joy in your life if you consider this garbage.
