If you’re watching Schitt’s Creek for the first time and struggling to “get it,” give it time. It took me until “fold in the cheese” to really get into it. Now I’ve watched the series 3 times and am ready for a 4th. It gets funnier each time as you discover things to love/hate about the characters.

Don’t just blindly accept the $20 Verizon credit if you have more than one line. I got a $20 credit for 12 months after asking for a credit for each of my lines on my account.

Our mechanic did a system reboot on it when the “red light of death” came on. He said sometimes that works, but if it comes back on, the hybrid battery needs to be replaced. And … well …. ⚠️

Prius owners: It is worth replacing the hybrid battery or just moving on altogether? It’s a 2008 with 200,000+ miles. We replaced the 12v battery several months ago. (Next post has more details)

It’s always sad to have the holiday season come to an end. We leave some decorations up all winter, but once the tree is gone, there’s nothing to replace that void.

I quit marathons for a variety of reasons but I keep thinking…. I’ve only been injured once in the six times I’ve trained for a marathon. Even then, I still was able to finish my training.

I’m taking the approach of not being patient after my most recent injury. It’s worked before.
