I talk about the US Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) a fair amount, but information about RFK Jr. shutting them down doesn’t seem to grab people’s attention as much as posts about vaccines, for example.
That needs to change, b/c the dismantling of USPSTF is an equal if not greater threat.
President Trump’s unlawful executive order targeting mail voting is part of a broader campaign to interfere in U.S. elections. Under the Constitution, the president doesn't have any authority to write the rules that govern elections.

So many of us have been struggling as we watch the chaos and cruelty inflicted by this administration.

I hope we can hold on to that as work together to rebuild as a nation.
Congress approved the budget. F47 insists that he has a say on how much of that $ goes out. This level of political interference will lead to a slow starvation of support for research.
