Both parents keep an eye on us, but the babies do wander pretty close sometimes. They're right next to a walking/biking path at a local wetlands restoration area.
They are pretty quiet, but sound like a quieter adult, single note peep.
This is my first experience. I've been checking on them almost daily since first seen last weekend. It was ballpark 5-6 days old in this photo.

A swimming Canada Goose family of 2 adults and five fuzzy goslings. The adults are holding their necks low as they're swimming with their babies in a tight cluster. I think they're grumpy because 2 other geese landed in the water nearby and interrupted their family time.
