In Edinburgh they have re-purposed disused police boxes to serve similar functions.

Drop something red

Hand holding a bottle of clear odourless mineral spirit that was anything but odourless.

One for trading standards, I think. 24 hours after using it I can still smell it despite the window being open.

Black armoured vehicle with white front-end and side pod. It is armed with a top-mounted twin heavy bolter. Vehicle is heavily weathered and partially covered in mud.

Bit of a refresh of a Rhino variant I built as transport for my Ebon Keshig a few years ago. I re-painted some bits, dialled the chipping way back, and added some muddy texture paste to the lower hull.

Happier with the end result now.

The grey is just to cover the black, really. It's then easier to layer the white on a solid grey than a black. Alternatively, I could have primed in grey or one of the off-whites and made life easier for myself 🫤

I primed in black, so initial thin coats of a pale grey, then several more thin coats of Pro Acryl Titanium White. I normally don't use a pure white, but I got some for my birthday and have been using it sparingly.
