A comic based on that one scene in the Super Mario Galaxy Movie, starring Yoshi, Luigi, and Mario. First panel: Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi are facing against Bowser Jr (who is not seen in this comic), just like in the movie itself. Mario and Yoshi are in their battle poses and glaring down at Bowser Jr. while Luigi, on the other hand, has a nervous smile as he tries to wave at Bowser Jr. Second panel: Luigi then reached his hand out, wanting to give a handshake as he happily says, "Hi! I'm Luigi!" Yoshi turned his head and stares at Luigi with a surprised expression. Mario remains in his battle pose and continue to glare at Bowser Jr. Third panel: Yoshi turns back to Bowser Junior, but this time, with smile as he happily waves at Bowser Junior and said, "Yoshi!" I really love that Yoshi and Koopa are respectively playing via handheld and using a controller. It shows their different genre of gaming really well. I wonder what game genre Baby Mario would be into?

Also I like the dynamic they have too, Koopa is going to be a good uncle figure to Mario.

The colours are really nice and the way you've drawn Dedede in the DIC artstyle, it looks so expressive! Like he looks both cool and adorable. Everyone else also looks amazing!

Going outside my comfort zone to start designing some backgrounds, starting with Swee's restaurant! I have to keep telling myself these are concept sketches and don't have to be super detailed lol, but I do like the vibes I've got going so far!!

This sounds like an origin story. Like we were stolen from the stork by Kamek but we were dropped and landed on Yoshi’s Island (just like what happened with Mario)
