Something. In a way I feel that as I got older I tend to think about things more rationally and more literally so that ends up hurting my creativity, if it's something like that then I can sort of relate 😅😅

Never letting you forget that I'm a fan ahahah idk if it's the same kind of feeling but I feel like even though my skills were really bad, when I was younger and drawing I had more creative ideas because I didn't worry about how I was going to pull it off or if I have enough time or the skill to do-
That's why I'm always amazed, I look at your work and I see you're good at graphic design, you're good at illustration and drawing, you're good at storytelling and making comics too, is there something you're not good at? 🤣 It's inspiring tho, also good to want to keep improving
and they even get to a pretty good level in terms of drawing but when they try to draw comics, even if the drawings may be beautiful you see that they're not used to that particular medium (manga/comics) because of the storytelling or general readability of the pages.
additional steps and things to think about but if we're strictly talking about storytelling and quality I stand by my point that your work looks very professional-level to me.
Not to say that there aren't fanartists or hobbyist that aren't that good but often ppl get into fanart or art in general-
I know it's normal we're always harder on ourselves and we see flaws others often don't but I genuinely think your storytelling and art skills are on the level of professional comic artists! I understand that drawing/writing an original story and doing it professionally for a printing house has-
It's not the tech itself I guess. It's more that companies actually put some effort on commercializing cool designs while today everything looks too minimal and simplistic
"Retro" tech looks so much more cooler than whatever we have going on rn

They steal your work, they dumb you down, they make your electricity more expensive, they take your water and your livelihood.
But at least you’ll get opportunity of a lifetime: information that according to one BBC study is likely to be wrong 51% of the time!
Incredible“progress” 💀
Exploitative of their target clients (ex Adobe 🙄) and considering the overall quality it's the only software I'm fine with paying for the license (money permitting 😅)
Did you already try it to see if you like the new features? Honestly I also find it's a bit expensive considering they upgrade almost every year, but at the same time I don't want to pay for the update pass (their yearly subscription). Still it's one of the few softwares that aren't completely -
Keep adding features that genuinely sound useful at least for certain ppl or cases. For example, the new hand model is not something that I would use often, but it's still something that I might find useful in some cases. Aside from the new smart shapes, these are also somewhat interesting
Yeah, I don't think it's necessary! And I hope they never make it necessary to upgrade to use the software. But I'm genuinely amazed when they release upgrades, at this point I think it's hard to come up with new ideas cause it's already the best software we have for artists (in my opinion) but they
I'm thinking of upgrading from 3.0 and in EUR it's around 90€ for EX version 🥲🥲 I'm still considering it cause they have a few features that I would like to have permanently, even though they're not /necessary/
