Ha! I had a wee binge last night and am now finished S5E2. There are some real heavy hitters in there, and I managed to forget some very wild stuff since my last watch! Tears were shed! Cats were cuddled!
Very big on the conspiracy angle (which I do love)!

Every day there are new announcements from the Canadian federal government gutting science programs. I was just notified that the National Boreal Caribou Knowledge Consortium (NBCKC) is dead.
Terrible shame to do this at time when boreal caribou are in real trouble.

I had the privilege of meeting Kirsty Duncan back in 2017. She was warm and sincere. She was our first and only 🇨🇦 Minister of Science who was a trained scientist. She consistently worked for positive meaningful change in all her government roles. Condolences to her family and friends.
My annual "DO IT!" encouragement post!
