I just played the demo for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. It’s actually really good. My very first post on Bluesky was an L take. I’ll definitely buy the game whenever I get around to it. 💙

LOS ANGELES - URGENT! I'm heartbroken that my friend and neighbor has only a few days to live. We must find a loving forever home for her 2 kitties, Kit (F/grey/white) & Caboodle (M/black). Both 3-4yrs old, total sweethearts. Please ask around and send anyone interested my way, thank you ❤️

Some folks in the Anti-AI and Pro-AI community believed I used AI image generation to make this thumbnail. We've now had to change the image due to these groups fighting about it and causing problems.

It's not AI. It's not even fake goo! It's real. Here is how it came together: (1/6)

I ultimately don’t care what people think, I’m loving #Starfield so far. I just started a few days ago, and while it’s taking time getting used to, it feels rewarding just simply immersing myself in the world. (Lockpicking sucks though.) I like how the game uses a NASA aesthetic too!

Six 4x4” acrylic paintings from the Artemis II mission

I miss my 24/7 space show 🥲

What an amazing week filled with science, space, and art! Taking a few much needed days off, but I plan to make a couple more Artemis minis before I release them next month 🫶

This is such a great photo.

Probably the best of all the #ArtemisII photos.

Diversity, international collaboration, humanities, science, art, engineering, the desire for exploring, the drive of human curiosity, the reward of years of dedicated hard work, and just pure joy.

It's all in there.

A Crater of Remembrance

The small, bright spot in the center of the image is the crater that the Artemis II crew have proposed as Carroll, after Commander Reid Wiseman’s late wife. The proposed Carroll crater is on the nearside of the lunar surface. Credit: NASA.

That is incredibly far from both the earth and the moon, allowing for this particular sense of scale. By contrast, the Artemis II astronauts were at most ~250,000 miles from earth/4,000 miles from the moon. That gives you this sort of perspective! (2/3)

I’m seeing this picture going around today being dropped in with the other amazing Artemis II shots, but this is not an Artemis photo!!!! This was taken by the DSCOVR satellite in 2015, from a distance of a million miles from Earth. 🧪🔭 (1/3)

The Artemis II crew has reached the mission’s maximum distance from Earth at 252,756 miles, setting a new record for human spaceflight. This milestone places the crew 4,111 miles farther from Earth than the Apollo 13 mission in 1970.

Artemis II has officially broken the record for farthest humans from Earth set by Apollo 13. But Apollo 13 was never meant to travel as far as it did. It got its record due to a near-disaster.
