Now I pride myself in not being a bad loser but when we play Azul, Sagrada, Bomb Busters and Sushi Go Party! and I don’t win ANY of the games all evening it gets a bit demoralising! Grr. #boardgames

Went to see The Drama (good but I don’t gel with films that make me uncomfortable) and I’ve come away hyper annoyed. Some gumby behind me spilled their drink on the floor and it all seeped thru to my seat. Didn’t notice until after the film when my bum was sodden. Thought I’d had a mishap! Grr!!

Thoroughly enjoying these eps so thanks to you both. Highlight recently was Susan faux dissing Valerie Leon in Girls for being so hideous. That several-times-used gag made me laugh out loud each time and I may even revisit the episode such was the enjoyment. Enjoy (or try to) the rest of the films!

Split / Second Velocity or Burnout Paradise. I want to like racing games but my need to just constantly press accelerate usually ends in tears (never got on with Gran Turismo series despite numerous attempts) but these two do something different and fun. Fond feelings towards both.

Ordinarily I dislike boss fights but it’s testament to the quality of #splitfiction that even these are great. Excellent co-op with so many varied mechanics that don’t outstay their welcome (opposite being true in some cases). Rather touching in parts too. All the plaudits it got are well deserved.

Daughter and I enjoyed it quite a lot but fell off it hard after a shortish time. Will likwly go back to it at some point and it’s undoubtedly fun. However I should caveat I’ve never been a hardcore MK player. Hope you enjoy it though as it does have a lot to offer (and race replays never get old!)

Not many folk get their dream / ideal job so kudos to you and hope it goes from strength to strength. Work / jobs play such a big part in our lives so lovely to hear when these endeavours work out. 👍

And despite not enough characters available on first message I absolutely cannot leave out Fred Gwynn. Brilliant as Judd. I won’t even attempt his Maine drawl!

Cracking little film (probably my fave SK book; if you read his stuff deffo check out Revival which is a great accompaniment to PS). I’ve seen it many times and excellent effects work and Gage is amazing (‘no fair’). Remake isn’t a patch on this. I only rewatch often as Zelda freaks me out.

Ok we played first three missions of #bombbusters today and had a good time. Despite a silly error leading to a red wire cut on third mission. I think we’re going to like this one. #boardgames.

Not finishing games I’ve put far too much time into not to finish! On a related note playing on easy / story mode isn’t a sin. It’s a lifestyle choice. 😀

Watching Carry on Matron earlier and enjoyed the prophetic line from Babs ‘I don’t wanna end up a gangsters moll!’ Not sure when she did end up exactly that but it was a good line regardless!
