I've found it to be a real trial and error process to be honest and have made things up as I go along lol. If you are on Facebook, there is a great group called UK PostBox Toppers and More. In the files there are basic patterns for bases that could give you a jumping off point x

All of my items ready for my first craft fair tomorrow, including three of my ex-display post box toppers!

I am incredibly nervous, but it should be a fun day. If nothing else there will be mulled wine and mince pies!

Day 10/20 in my goal to make 100 Christmas tree decorations for my first craft fair.
Yesterday I managed to make 24 rainbow octo's 😲 bringing my total to 106 items made.
I have about 50 more octo's to make, so I'll be back with another update tomorrow.

They're super chunky and use a lot of yarn so they'll be a bit more expensive, but they are very cute ❤

The final piece of advice I would like to give to new folks tonight is that Bluesky will be what you make of it. When I came over from the former Twitter, I resolved to be more kind to others here than I was over there. That choice has made being here so much better. Keep it in mind for yourself.
