Changes introduced in Beta 7:
Prevented some cases of NVDA crashing on secure screens
The empty Bangla translation has been removed.
Updates to translations.

- Fix a freeze with SAPI 4 & 32-bit SAPI 5 synths.
- Fix issue which caused NVDA to remain silent if eSpeak NG was the default synthesizer & failed to load.
