Kilowog is in a dream-like fantasy of sharing a meal with his mate and two children on Bolovax Vik, as if it had never been destroyed. He, his children, and his wife speak with normal, unaccented bubbles, and toast to their family. Captions of Kilowog's thoughts read, "I know this ain't real. Mogo's makin' this fer me. I ain't even talkin' like myself." In the second panel captions of Kilowog's thoughts read, "The details ain't quite right, but it feels good. It probably ain't the healthiest way ta' deal with trauma. But we don't gotta be healthy all the time. It's okay ta' just feel good sometimes."
