Now THIS was a novel that made me shudder. While fictional, it pulls inspiration from events that happen all too often in the real world and hits you right in the emotions. You learn as the narrator learns, leaving you both to put the horrific pieces together.

Every year I try to partake in a #100BookChallenge and I’d like some recommendations on some books. I prefer history related (to include memoirs,etc) and self help but I’m open to anything #booksky

So with 2024 coming to a rocky close, I’m going ahead and prepping my #readingjournal for 2025. I want to complete another #100bookchallenge and get back to reading more regularly. One book I’m super excited for is Zoey Draven’s “Horde King of Shadow” coming out 11/26/2024.
