No, I mean 100% – a 100% #Tax band above a Ceiling of income and of wealth, that can in no logic be considered to have been "earned" by the person concerned but by the people they have taken it from.
Link it to the #IncomeFloor, so if the Floor rises, so does the #TaxCeiling. #100pcTax
We really, really, really need the concept of a #100pcTax ceiling set in concrete.
NO-one who has a "net worth" of a $billion "earned" that. Other people did the earning. That needs to be recognised & corrected.
A ONE HUNDRED PERCENT tax would be better still, on every dime over $10m wealth & $1m income.

I've been advocating a global 100% tax band for years, on income & wealth. The level would be so high (to begin with) that they & their families could still live for generations without ever doing a day's work, yet it would be $1tn back into the street-level economy. People need to know. #100pcTax
Actually, solve a billion problems in one: Just ban #billionaires.
(I.e. with a 100% #Tax ceiling on e.g. upwards of (e.g.) 1m income and/or (e.g.) 10m wealth. This ceiling would be linked as a multiple to the average bottom 5% income: if the floor rises, so does the ceiling.)
