3) SCOTUS torpedoing the case with delays, taking up ridiculous appeals, and rewriting Article 2 powers w IMMUNITY
The SCOTUS have twisted the #14A_Sec3 into a pretzel & expanded Article 2 Powers to create #AbsoluteImmunity to protect Trump, but refuse to protect America's youth by updating the #2A in any way 🤷♂️
More Importantly, the State Case in Georgia could have been filed in early 2021 but took 2 years and was ultimately blocked. Arizona & Michigan election cases never went to trial in 4 years

Garland did everything legally possible to Stop Trump. Two Slam-Dunk Trials stalled by Judges, not #JackSmithDOJ

The legal system was heavily weighted in Trump's favor from the start. He got appeals to the SCOTUS on every issue and had them:
- Create Presidential Immunity that was opposed by the Founders and beyond any existing Article 2 powers
- Redefined the intent of #14A_sec3
Imagine what was possible, if SCOTUS had allowed #14A_sec3 & not helped Trump with extended appeals and delays.
Oh... and the creation of #PresidentialImmunity out of thin air.
