One more thing: I haven't seen a pic of RF-64519 #14FC07 since August 30, 2015.
Scramble . nl has a mention of "last seen" in March 2021, but I don't know what they saw to fill the data.
I'm curious if this airframe has this livery anymore.

Former Open Skies Treaty aircraft out of Beslan (OGZ / URMO). Thanks to other spotters, in the past 2 months, this aircraft has been seen leaving Beslan on 10/30, 10/22, 10/12, 9/28, 9/24, 9/16, 9/10, 9/5.
