Some wisdom of the crowds, accumulated from the #P0P1 entries. Highly picked cards have historically been winning cards, so here are the commons and #2CUDS to look for before the @17lands.bsky.social data comes out.
ECL is another 5-archetype reference, but this one has an unusual twist: It includes three "allied" and two "enemy" pairs!
This structure is mirrored in the #2CUDS as well as a common hybrid cycle, half of which are explicitly typal, half of which are Changelings.

#2CUDS, by their nature, are typically > 1mv, right? But of course, hybrid or alternate costs could allow them to be just 1mv. And indeed there are three 1mv #2CUDS.
But all three are BG!

This one I'm not too sure about. It's extremely not-obvious what it stands for (two-color uncommon draft signpost), it's not easy to pronounce, and it constrains me to only considering the *two* color...

A 180 card, two-color cube centered on all of the extremely narrow GU #2CUDS we've seen over the years.
The challenge is to find ~some~ synergy across all of these little niches, and... honestly, I think it can be done!

Cloud of Darkness was clearly the move at the #2CUDS spot, but I am a little surprised by how strong blue has been, and especially *which* cards are topping the charts for blue. Wyvern, sure, but -- two card draw spells?!?

Works particularly well for my Companion Cube, in which decks are built around a #2CUDS. Synergy is really important there.

...Sibsig Appraiser is leading the commons by a huge margin, and Twinmaw Stormbrood is out in front of the #2CUDS by a healthy margin. Most of the leaders picked one or both of those.
Not many folks went long blue, which is probably the reason my own picks are so competitive --
I have been fortunate that the UB properties I find most cringe have thus far been relegated to Commander products and Secret Lairs, where I can just ignore them.
This #2CUDS, with the faux-Latinate name and trite FT, really has me grappling with some uncomfortable questions.

My updated theory on multicolor uncommon cycles:
I think we're getting two #2CUDS at each enemy pair, {M}{N}
Plus one cycle of three-color cards at each wedge, {M}{N}{O}
Plus one cycle of 2brids at each wedge, {2/M}{2/N}{2/O}.
