A Victorian city street, covered in snow and ice. Windows in the background are lit up, casting light on the snowy ground, while the sky above is pale and blue. Scroogebot leans out of an upstairs window it's thrown open, smiling and pointing down at a small, spherical robot with banded arms and legs and an antenna, holding out its hands.

1791) Christmasdaybot. "What's to-day, my fine fellow?" said Scroogebot.
"To-day!" replied the boybot. "Why, CHRISTMAS DAY."
"It's Christmas Day!" said Scroogebot to itself. "I haven't missed it. The Spiritbots have done it all in one night." #ABotmasCarol

Scroogebot is on its knees, looking terrified before a gravestone, while behind it is a shrouded, hooded robot (?) whose tattered robes are being stirred by the wind. It is holding out one hand and pointing to the grave, and its hand is robotic, but segmented and pale so it resembles a skeletal claw. Within its hood, all is dark, except for two pale, staring eyes.

1790) Christmasyettocomebot. The Spiritbot stood among the graves, and pointed down to One. Scroogebot advanced towards it trembling. The Phantombot was exactly as it had been, but it dreaded that it saw new meaning in its solemn shape. #ABotmasCarol

A wreath hangs from the door, which looks cheaply made from planks of wood. The interior walls of the home are also cracked, with plaster flaking off here and there.

1788 and 1789) Bob Cratchitbot & Tiny Timbot. In came Bob, with at least three feet of comforter exclusive of the fringe, hanging down before it; and Tiny Timbot upon its shoulder. Alas for Tiny Timbot, it bore a little crutch, and had its limbs supported by an iron frame! #ABotmasCarol

A scene depicting a wood-paneled room, in the corner of which sits a robot rather like Bigbot - a large, ovoid robot with banded legs - dressed in a green, fur-trimmed velvet robe (with empty sleeves) and a crown resembling a holly wreath on its head. Piled around it are all kinds of foot stuffs, including pies, cakes, turkeys, wheels of cheese, links of sausages, bottles of wine and what appears to be a big Toblerone. Bigpalbot is perched atop this at the larger robot's side, holding up a torch shaped like a cornucopia that sheds ruddy light across the scene. Scroogebot stands just inside the door to the darkened adjoining room, looking shocked as it beholds the scene before it.

1787) Christmaspresentbot. There sat a jolly Giantbot, glorious to see; for whom was borne a glowing torch, in shape not unlike Plenty's horn, and held up to shed its light on Scroogebot as it came peeping round the door.

The robot is glowing with golden light, illuminating the scene, and carries a black, conical hat under its arm with a little sphere on the end.

1786) Christmaspastbot. From the crown of its head there sprung a bright clear jet of light, by which all this was visible; and which was doubtless the occasion of its using, in its duller moments, a great extinguisher for a cap, which it now held under its arm. #ABotmasCarol

A scene depicting Scroogebot in a nightcap, riveted to its armchair in fear, a candle on the small table next to it, as the spectral form of Marleybot appears floating before it in darkened chambers. Marleybot is an avoid robot with banded arms and legs, a braided tail of hair tied with a ribbon floating behind it and a kerchief tied longitudinally around its whole body, tied at the top. Chains are wrapped around it, hung with keys and padlocks, and suspended from floating cash boxes. The robot has glazed, empty eyes and is raising one hand threateningly while the other points at Scroogebot. Marleybot is coloured only in shades of blue and is semi-transparent, revealing some details of the room behind it through its body.

1785) Marleybot. "It is required of every 'bot," the Ghostbot returned, "that the spirit within it should walk abroad ​among his fellow-bots, and travel far and wide; and if that spirit goes not forth in life, it is condemned to do so after death." #ABotmasCarol

1784) Scroogebot. A squeezing, wrenching, grasping, scraping, clutching, covetous old sinnerbot! Hard and sharp as flint, from which no steel had ever struck out generous fire; secret, and self-contained, and solitary as an Oysterbot. #ABotmasCarol
