Ghana Strengthens Rotorcraft Fleet with Airbus Helicopters Order
Airbus Helicopters has secured a new contract from Ghana’s Ministry of Defence for a mixed fleet of military and corporate helicopters, strengthening the country’s rotary-wing capabilities and marking Airbus’ return to the Ghanaian market. The agreement covers two H175M multi-mission helicopters, alongside one ACH175 and one ACH160 for transport operations. Awarded by the Ministry of Defence, the deal positions Ghana as a significant Airbus customer in West Africa and reflects renewed cooperation focused on long-term support and partnership.
