Thanks to fairer maps, the tipping point district for the Wisconsin Assembly was #AD51, a Harris+3 district that re-elected Republican Todd Novak by three points.
Novak, a prolific ticket-splitter, was the only Republican to win this district (Baldwin+7, US House Dems+5).
