Landing Gear is retracted immediately after takeoff, Flaps are retracted after gaining some altitude and reaching a safe speed.

Likely sequence of events:

1. One engine failed on Take-Off Roll on after V2.

2. In the "fog of Battle" situation, Pilots inadvertently shut off Fuel Selector of the still Working engine leading to Dual Engine Failure.

It is now clear that the Flaps were set correctly during the Take Off Roll! Time to throw that theory out!

Jury is still out on whether the RAT deployed. Even in the case of both engines failing, RAT would take atleast 30 secs to deploy - the aircraft was down within 32 secs!

TWO - Speed drops from 184kts at lift-off and keeps dropping to 177ft @ 46 ft AGL to 172kts at 70ft.

This could prove that there was loss of thrust on at least one engine during or immediately after takeoff.

ONE - Takeoff was NOT an intersection takeoff as initially speculated.
